**The product is 100% filled with ice and the ambient temperatures are alternated between approximately 90°F and 67°F every 12 hours to simulate day/night temperatures during the summer.  The test is complete when ice is no longer present. Results may vary depending on the ambient temperature, the food type, the volume and the starting temperature of the contents.
