Due to high demand, and operational delays with our carrier, delivery times are running longer than usual.
What does it mean when tracking says "Shipping label has been created. The status will be updated when shipment begins to travel."? Why hasn't my package shipped?
Tracking numbers are created the moment the order gets applied a shipment label which is at the end of the fulfillment process. Once the labels are applied to the boxes they are loaded onto the FedEx trailer.
We have checked with our shipping facility and all orders placed before Friday Dec. 4th (at 3pm EST) have left our warehouse and are currently with FedEx.
The next scan on the shipment is when the trailer is off-loaded at the FedEx sorting facility.
There is likely a delay at the FedEx sorting facility as FedEx is trying to process all holiday and black Friday shipments.
In these cases, your order has physically left our warehouse and is now on FedEx property likely awaiting to be processed at their sorting facility.
As a loyal Arctic Zone customer, we want to ensure you get your order when you need it. Rest assured that any pending orders will be processed in the next coming days.
We apologize for this uncontrollable delay and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Stay well and thank you for choosing us.
