Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we have a fast and simple return process.
Regular Return Period
Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, not the date of first use of the product. To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be purchased from arcticzone.com within 30 days of your return request.
- Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item(s) must be in the original packaging (all product tags need to be attached).
Extended Holiday Returns
Purchases made on or after November 1, 2025, may be returned through January 12, 2026. All other purchases are subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
Return Instructions
Please use one return label. In the instance where returned items do not fit within one single box, please submit separate returns per box to generate multiple labels or contact our Customer Service team at arcticzone@ca-innovations.com for further assistance.
How to ship your item(s) back:
- Take the order number and email address from your original order and file your return request through our fast and easy portal here.
- Securely pack items within one single box. If available, please use original shipment packaging.
- Attach individual prepaid return label(s) to package(s).
- Drop off the package within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We will issue your refund once your return is inspected and approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Original delivery costs are non-refundable. The return shipping label is prepaid, and you will not be charged for return shipping.
Processing
Returns will be inspected before a refund is approved. We do not accept products that have contained intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. Our return/refund policy begins from the date of purchase, not the date of first use of the product. Customers will only receive refunds and/or a credit for the price of the product at time of purchase. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days (depending on your financial institution and processing time).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend you contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at arcticzone@ca-innovations.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Depending on the promotion, marked down or clearance items may be designated as final sale. Please refer to the specific promotional terms and conditions for full details.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items under warranty if they are defective or damaged. See warranty details or file a claim below.
