For items purchased from one of our retail partners, please refer to their returns / refund policy, or in the event of a manufacturing defect, please file a warranty claim request and we will be happy to assist you.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How long after my order is placed will my item be shipped?
We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders received before 12:00pm PST (or 3:00pm EST) are usually shipped the same day they are received (except for weekends). Sometimes delays can occur.
What shipping rate options does ArcticZone.com offer?
Contiguous United States
(Eligible on orders over $50)
Alaska & Hawaii
All "Delivery by x business days" dates displayed on the order checkout page are estimates and not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. FedEx expedited options may not be available in all areas.
How long will it take for a product to reach me using your flat-rate ground shipping option?
These shipping time estimates are based on FedEx's Ground shipping service map. After the item has left our warehouse please refer to your shipment's tracking information for accurate shipping time estimates.
Does Arctic Zone ship to a P.O. box?
At this time we are unable to ship to a P.O. box. Please email or call us before your order is made if you require this shipping option.
What about Alaska and Hawaii?
Our flat-rate and free shipping promotional options are only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
Orders to be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii will be subject to weight-based shipping calculations at the time of checkout.
Arctic Zone will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2018. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

I do not live in the United States, can I still order?
Unfortunately, we are not offering online sales from ArcticZone.com to countries outside of the United States at this time.
I bought my item from a retail store and do not live in the United States, is my item still covered by your Limited Lifetime Warranty?
Yes, we offer warranty service for items purchased from our international retail partners.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Our return and policy lasts 30 days after your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging (all product tags need to be attached).
- Returns will be inspected before a refund or exchange is given.
We do not accept products that have contained biological material such as food waste, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards and online store credits are non-refundable.
Only products purchased from arcticzone.com are eligible for a return / refund. The refund can only be applied to the original form of payment.
If your item was purchased from an authorized retailer or seller, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, processing time depends on your financial institution and their processing time.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace / exchange items under warranty, please review our product warranty.
If you wish to exchange an item which you have purchased from ArcticZone.com within 30 days, and it is still in new, unused condition, please email us and request a refund, then order the item you wanted to exchange.
Return your product:
To return your product, please file a request using our return / refund request form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if returned via a pre-paid shipping label).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, especially if trackable shipping was not utilized for the return.
