Shipping Policy

Regular Business Periods

Please allow up to 3 business days for our warehouse team to process your order plus 2-5 business days for order delivery (please refer to the shipping estimate at checkout). Depending on volume, most orders received before 12:00pm PST (or 3:00pm EST) are usually shipped the same day they are received (excluding weekends).

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and a shipment label is generated. Note, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after it is picked up and scanned by the courier.

Operational delays with our warehouse and courier may impact shipment processing and delivery times.We are working at full speed around the clock and we promise that it will be worth the wait once you receive your order. Please note, estimated shipping times do not include unforeseen courier delays encountered during transit.

Contiguous United States

These shipping time estimates are based on FedEx's Ground shipping service map. After the item has left our warehouse please refer to your shipment's tracking information for accurate shipping time estimates. Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.

Alaska & Hawaii

All shipments to these areas are subject to shipping rates which are calculated at checkout. Please add 2-3+ business days for shipments to these areas. Shipping time not guaranteed during peak periods.

The delivery of shipments is the only part of the process that is not directly under the control of arcticzone.com. The volume of shipments, weather or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery.

FedEx does have a toll free number 1-800-463-3339 that may be able to give you more details pertaining to your shipment. You will be able to say the word “Representative” or select ‘0’ to speak to a FedEx advisor.

Does Arctic Zone Deliver to P.O. Boxes?

At this time, we do not accept deliveries to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you do not enter a P.O. box for your delivery address. All orders placed with a P.O. box delivery address cannot be processed and will be automatically canceled and refunded.

International Shipping

I do not live in the United States, can I still order?

Unfortunately, we are not offering online sales from arcticzone.com to countries outside of the United States at this time.

I bought my item from a retail store and do not live in the United States, is my item still covered by your Limited Lifetime Warranty?
