Chicken Caesar Wraps is hands down the greatest wrap every made. Whether I’m going on a hike, camping, to the pool, or wherever, bringing a chicken caesar wrap is a top priority. Simply make your wraps, place it in your favorite Titan cooler and enjoy them on your next adventure.
Total Time: 10 minutes Yields: 2-4 servings
Ingredients
CAESAR DRESSING
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
WRAP
- 2.5 large handfuls romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons of choice
- 6–8 fried chicken tenders, diced (store-bought or chicken tenders of choice)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Large burrito-sized tortillas (10–12 inches)
Instructions
Cooking:
- To make the Caesar dressing, whisk together mayo, garlic, anchovy paste, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Into a large bowl, add romaine lettuce, croutons, diced chicken tenders, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon a generous amount of Caesar dressing and give it a good mix until everything is combined.
- Add filling into a large tortilla, folding in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up, keeping the filling secured inside. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients to make 2–4 wraps.
