Buffalo chicken dip is one of the most popular game day appetizers there is. Take the traditional dip up a level by making buffalo chicken queso. Its cheesy, spicy and hard to limit yourself to one dip. Give this dip a try for your next Game Day party, and be sure to pack it up in your Titan PRO Hard Cooler!
Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes Yields: 12servings
Ingredients
- 32oz white velveeta
- 8oz cream cheese
- 8oz cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 ranch packet
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
Instructions
- In a large pan, add all the ingredients.
- Place in the oven or smoker at 350°F for 30-45 minutes until the cheese melts, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
- I love to take this dip to tailgates, so I load up my Titan PRO Roto Hard Cooler (or your favorite Titan Cooler) with all my ingredients and drinks.
- To make the dip, I use a portable griddle set over medium heat, adding all my ingredients and stirring every 5-10 minutes. This method takes 20-30 minutes but is ready to serve once the cheese melts.
- Garnish with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese crumbles and some chives.
- Enjoy!
