This autumn mix has notes of citrus from the orange peels and lemongrass, along with some rich flavors from chaga mushrooms and an herbal finish from the calendula and holy basil. Add in your favorite sweetener, and you’ve got a delicious antioxidant-rich drink you can sip on all day.
Ingredients:
- ¼ teaspoon of dried holy basil
- ¼ teaspoon of dried calendula
- ¼ teaspoon of dried orange peel
- ¼ teaspoon of dried lemongrass
- ¼ teaspoon of dried chaga mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 12 ounces of hot water
Steps:
- Add dried herbs to a tea infuser and place in your tumbler
- Pour in hot water
- Spoon in the honey and stir until honey is dissolved
- Steep tea for 5 minutes
- Stir and enjoy
