Looking for a creamy citrus cocktail for brunch and beyond? This mimosa was inspired by your favorite delicious frozen treat: the creamsicle.
With a combo of orange and lemon, along with a splash of creamy coconut, this cocktail pairs perfectly with fresh toast, omelets, hash browns, and your other brunch picks. If you prefer to have a mimosa mocktail, simply substitute the prosecco for seltzer water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz of orange juice
- 1 oz of coconut milk
- 2 oz of coconut water
- Lemon
- 5 oz of prosecco (or seltzer for non-alcoholic version)
Instructions
- Add orange juice, coconut milk, and coconut water in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Cut a lemon in half and squeeze juice into cocktail shaker.
- Shake ingredients until cooled.
- Pour into your favorite Titan drinkware.
- Top with prosecco or seltzer.
- Squeeze a little bit of lemon juice into mug.
