In the event an ice pack leaks due to user error (we know kids will be kids), do not continue to use it.

If you are experiencing a leak due to a defective ice pack, please take a photo of the pack, take note of the number in the top corner of your pack, and contact customer support and we can issue a replacement.

Handling Information

The contents are a safe ice substitute but not a food product. The pack is not intended to be used as a therapeutic device/aid.

Warning: Do not freeze if pack is punctured. Direct contact with the skin can result in frostbite so use a temperature resistant glove or towel when handling.

Do not ingest contents of the pack. Discard pack if gel leaks. If contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse right away with water. Keep pack out of reach of pets.

Do not heat. Do not microwave. Do not place in dishwasher.

USAGE WARNING: Our gel is non-toxic but it is NOT meant for human consumption. Keep out of reach of pets. Direct skin contact with gel can cause skin sensitization. If contents come in contact with your skin or eyes, rinse right away with water. The contents are a safe ice substitute but not a food product. The pack is not intended to be used as a therapeutic device/aid.

The Ice Walls® are removable so they can be frozen on their own without having to place the entire lunch pack in the freezer.

If you have your ice packs with you or in your carry-on luggage:

If the ice pack is in gel form or not frozen it may be confiscated by the TSA. If the ice pack is in frozen or in solid form it likely will not be confiscated by the TSA.

If the ice pack is in your check-in luggage:

It likely will not be confiscated by TSA regardless if it is in gel form (unfrozen) or solid form (frozen).

In the event that your ice packs are confiscated by TSA, they will not be replaced under the product warranty.

The warranty covers any defects in workmanship or material that arise during the normal lifetime of the product. Any problem that is caused by abuse or negligence is not covered. Normal wear and color fading are not covered. Breakdown of materials over time is not considered a material or manufacturing defect. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered.

Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state or province to province.

Most food residues can be wiped clean with a mild soapy solution and a damp cloth. This applies to both the interior and exterior of the lunch bag.

*Please be advised we recommend allowing your item to air dry, as a machine wash may ruin the insulation of the item.
