
Meet Brian Gerwig of @g_bque, a passionate home cook/backyard bbq’er with a love of all things cooking. Brian has always enjoyed cooking, but it was the start of his page in 2020 that really awakened his passion.
This chopped club wrap packs all the flavors of a classic deli sandwich into one easy, portable lunch. Crisp lettuce, savory meats, smoky bacon, and creamy dressing are chopped together so every bite is perfectly balanced.
Ingredients
- 2 handfuls romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 4–6 slices deli turkey
- 4–6 slices deli ham
- 3–4 slices cooked bacon
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- 2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1–2 tablespoons hot hoagie spread
- 1 large flour tortilla


Instructions
- Start by placing the lettuce, turkey, ham, bacon, provolone cheese, and tomatoes on a large cutting board.
- Using a large knife, chop everything together until it forms a rough, evenly mixed filling.
- Add the mayonnaise and hot hoagie spread directly onto the chopped mixture. Continue chopping and mixing until the dressing is evenly distributed and everything is well combined.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat and pile the chopped club mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll it tightly into a wrap.
