The exterior of the Arctic Zone® Eco Picnic Satchel is made from 100% Repreve® sustainably sourced materials from recycled plastic bottles* and features a wide mouth opening for easy loading. It also includes 2 cargo pockets as well as carry handles/shoulder straps.
The picnic satchel’s interior features thermal insulation plus Therma-Flect® radiant barrier to keep contents cool and fresh. It also has an Ultra Safe® leak proof** lining with Microban® to help protect against bacterial odors and stains and make the lining easier to clean.

I'm not loving this bag as much as I wanted to. Iproblem is, I had to use it for a day to figure that out, and so I can't return it..even though I really want to. PROS OF ARCTIC ZONE --it looks great --has 2 outside pockets --handles seem really sturdy --opens fully so I can see everything inside. no need to root around for stuff --stays upright and open when unzipped CONS OF ARCTIC ZONE --zipper seems like it's about to break any moment. --in order to zip it up, you have to squeeze the sides together so tightly it feels like it's going to rip every time. --because it's such an effort to zip it shut, the bag needs a second way to keep it lightly closed -- like maybe a little snap or clasp at the top -- during use. otherwise I find myself leaving it open, which defeats the purpose of a cooler! --the triangular shape makes even a relatively light load feel super heavy. the weight is just not distributed well --the wide bottom is great -- but not when you're walking around with the bag on your shoulder. it needs a way to temporarily collapse the bottom part as well...otherwise you just bump into people constantly. I"m comparing this to a $10 cooler bag I bought from Costco, which I hate to say -- was superior in design. didn't look as good as the arctic zone -- but in terms of carrying and load distribution - -the costco one wins.

We took our satchel to a Nachos party at a friends house and saved the day. All beer, wine and water bottles fit perfectly plus a huge bag of ice. Easy to carry. It does not leak and it looks super elegant.
