The Titan Deep Freeze® High Performance Roto Cooler features uni-body rotationally molded construction and a premium blend of thick polyurethane insulation that maximizes ice retention for up to 4 days! The cooler also features a 360° rubber gasket along with heavy-duty T-latches that are corrosion resistant. In combination, they provide a tight seal to keep the cold inside.

Getting the most from your cooler
There are many variables that can affect the length of time that food or beverages will retain their initial packing temperature. These include the ambient air temperature, the temperature of the contents at the time of packing, the volume of contents packed, and the amount and/or type of ice or ice substitutes used.
If the precise temperature of the contents is critical, use a thermometer to measure temperatures close to the items. Our coolers may be used with or without ice, however, ice, an ice pack or ice substitute will extend the amount of time that food stays cold.
Ice packs or ice substitutes with a lower freezing point are preferable because they stay colder longer than ice cubes, focus the cold better and don’t make your food wet. Block ice, available in larger sizes than most reusable ice packs will stay cold for a very long time. D.I.Y. block ice, easily made by freezing water in bottles, is long lasting, will not soak your food and provides clean drinking water when it melts. If you need to chill drinks quickly, ice cubes are the way to go.
The fuller your cooler is with food, the longer the contents will retain their temperature. In performance tests, coolers that were fully packed produced optimal results.
The colder the contents are at the time of packing, the longer they will keep their temperature. For example, dense frozen foods stay cold or frozen longer.
As warm air rises and cool air falls, place ice, ice packs or ice substitutes on top of the cooler contents for best cooling results. When traveling, you may substitute ice cubes in resealable plastic bags for ice packs/ice substitutes.

The product was 100% filled with ice and the ambient temperatures were alternated between approximately 90ºF/32ºC and 67ºF/19ºC every 12 hours to simulate day/night temperatures during the summer. At the 60 hour mark, ice was still present. Note: Results will vary according to the ambient temperature, the volume and the starting temperature of the contents.
